Pulse of Unity exists in the space between passive and active.
Pulse of Unity is Creative Technologist/ Designer Stefano Pagani, and my answer to the prompt: Improve the Parsons School of Design community space with a sound installation. We went on to create a program that adjusted the BPM of a live loop in Ableton based on how many people occupied a stairwell in The New School’s University Center. This “pulse” was a reminder to students that they are the life of the school.
